Hito’s coming back to Toronto! This Saturday, October 29th, after an incredibly well-received summer jam, she’s back to headline one of two rooms for Onibaba - a party brought by local promoters Box of Kittens, Captive Audience and All Day All Night. Bringing her deep techno, and known for her discerning record collection, she’ll be packing the vibes in the Techno room alongside local artists Mike Gibbs, Jamie Kidd, Richard Brooks and Jonathan Coe. With roots in Himeji, Japan and currently based in Berlin, the Enter Resident and vinyl-only selector has been honing her minimal and emotive electronic music passion for almost two-decades.

Complementing the techno outlay will be a Disco room featuring talents Ali Black, Pooyan, Lazy Ray and Paul Revered. The night promises to be spine-tingling as the Onibaba-theme, The Demoness in Japanese culture, permeates the atmosphere. Special Effects Make-Up and a Face/Body Paint booth by Ayano Kubo will be on location, as well as visual installations by Jonathan Hirsch. It looks like another spellbinding night for Toronto’s underground community!
